reemarc
a mobile app for discovering trusted dental clinics and taking ownership of dental care

problem
Dental care often feels fragmented, especially when records are tied to individual clinics and provider quality varies across regions. For patients, this makes it harder to continue care, track progress, and choose a dentist with confidence.
solution
reemarc is a patient-facing app for managing dental records, tracking treatment progress, and connecting with trusted providers. By bringing care into one connected experience, the app gives users greater visibility and ownership over their dental journey.
I led the end-to-end mobile app design from early concept through launch. After launch, the app reached 305 MAU, 121 WAU, 15 DAU, and an 80% sign-up completion rate.

Before launch, I designed the core app experience around onboarding, care tracking, appointment updates, and trusted provider discovery. After launch, user behavior revealed new needs around family care and out-of-network treatments, which led to two major product iterations: caregiver profiles and manual treatment logging.

01
personalized onboarding
The onboarding flow helps users enter the right care pathway from the start. By asking what type of dental care they’re looking for early in the experience, the app makes its value clearer while guiding users toward more relevant treatment and provider information.
02
care at a glance
The home experience surfaces time-sensitive care information in one place, including appointments, treatment updates, and daily care reminders. This helps users stay organized without moving across multiple screens.
03
trusted provider discovery
Provider discovery was designed around trust. Verified clinics, doctor profiles, credentials, and specialty information help users compare care options more confidently, especially in unfamiliar or international contexts.
04
dental treatment records
Treatment information from clinics is organized into structured records that users can access anytime. Users can also manually log treatments, giving them greater control and helping them build a more complete dental history.
05
caregiver profiles
Post-launch feedback showed that many users were managing care for a child or family member. I added profile switching so users could manage multiple patients from one account while keeping records, appointments, and notifications clearly separated.

Online dating often loses momentum after two people match. Repetitive conversations, unclear digital cues, and uncertainty around meeting in person make it difficult for users to build genuine connections.
